Morning Site Conditions Report
WeatherClear skies, good conditions for concrete pour scheduled at 9 AM. Wind speed under 10mph. All crews present and accounted for. Crane operations approved for the day.
Concrete Slump Test Results
QualityPerformed slump test on batch #2847. Results: 4.5 inches - within acceptable range (4-6 inches). Air content at 5.2%. Temperature of concrete at 68°F. Batch approved for placement.
Safety Incident - Near Miss
SafetyNear miss incident at loading dock area. Unsecured material fell from 2nd level. No injuries reported. Area cordoned off immediately. Safety meeting scheduled for tomorrow 7 AM. All crews to attend.
Steel Delivery Received
DeliveryReceived shipment from SteelMax Fabricators. 45 pieces W14x30 beams. Inspected upon arrival - 2 pieces have minor surface rust, acceptable per spec. Material stored in designated laydown area.
Electrical Rough-In Conflict
IssueFound conflict between electrical conduit routing and HVAC ductwork in Section C, 2nd floor. Conduit path interferes with main supply duct. RFI #142 submitted to architect for resolution. Work in area paused.
Foundation Excavation Progress
ObservationBuilding 3 foundation excavation at 80% complete. Soil conditions as expected per geotech report. No groundwater encountered at current depth (12ft). Excavation should be complete by end of week.
Owner's Rep Site Visit
GeneralElena Vasquez from Harborview Hotels conducted site walkthrough. Reviewed progress on floors 1-3. Overall satisfied with quality. Requested additional waterproofing detail at balcony connections. Meeting minutes attached.
Rain Delay - Site Closure
WeatherHeavy rainfall overnight (2.3 inches). Site closed for morning operations. Standing water in excavation areas. Pumps deployed at 7 AM. Anticipate resuming operations after lunch if weather clears.
